Welcome! You have made it to my website, here I like to post monthly updates of everything going on, enjoy it as an escape from the damaging social media apps. What a month June was! so much to update you on. As I alluded in last months update, Darcy and I enjoyed a driving holiday to Central Australia. 5,500km of driving to Alice Springs and back, for the 30th Alice Springs Beanie Festival. What a beautiful and wholesome activity that was. It was great to rendevouz with some friends out there too and try on some fun and creative beanies! We also made a trip out west to Tjoritja (or West MacDonnell National Park) to attend a amazing little bush doof called The Dustbowl! Photo's below :)
Under the starry sky's, on a beautiful site 1.5hrs west of Alice Springs, It was a privilege to enjoy some music and dancing at a fantastic little debut doof, The Dustbowl! I was lucky enough to perform live with good friend Slim Tim, who was one members of the organising team. It was a fun set, though I did stumble unfortunately into a USB error (Thanks a lot Rekordbox! :/ ), so the set was a lot more cheesy than planned as I had to rely on my wedding USB. Tim and I still had a really fun set and it was nice to hear some great feedback too. There were also some terrific sets as well, Crybaby was a highlight for me, really classy mix and selection, RONA as well was a great headline too to see.
The event was a lot of fun and I look forward to keeping my eye's on the dustbowl in the years to come!
After The Dustbowl, we continued our exploration of Central Australia, driving through King's Canyon to reach Uluru to celebrate my birthday. It was an incredible experience to be in such an important place, not just as a landmark of Australia, but for the spiritual connection Uluru continues to have to the Aṉangu people. The entire trip was amazing to witness the vast beauty of the beautiful country and we hope to plan more driving holidays across the country soon.

Back in Melbourne once again, and I'm relishing a bit of a slow down at the moment. The weather here is helpful in that regard. I am really hopeful to use this time to discover new music and hopefully organise a busier back end of the year.
If you missed last months news, I recently submitted a long awaited mix to Naarm series, homeend. I highly encourage you to give the mix a listen, it was nice to play some nice steady house music, sort of my bread and butter style of sound. You can listen to the mix here.
I will be in touch to update the wepage soon, though it is safe to say that next months update will not be as exciting as what I have shared above
