Greetings! welcome to the webpage. I'm going to be getting back on the rhythm of monthly updates here on the main page. Hope you've been well. It's been a very busy month for me. I've just moved into a new house in the Melbourne inner-north so I have been moving lots of furniture and cleaning over the past few weeks. We are very excited about our new place, it's a much bigger space than our last residence which will prove valuable when we shift our careers in the not too distant future.
Aside's from this there a only a couple of other thing's I wanted to update you all with in this blog...
Earlier this month, I was lucky to return once again to Hope Street Radio to perform in their dining room. In what is now becoming an annual occurence, my HSR themes have often taken on a specifc theme or idea and the music becomes less of a mix and more of a journey with an embedded storyline. This year, I was compelled to record probably my most emotional mix to date.
Appalled by the recent wave of anti-immigration rally's that have taken place in Melbourne, I decided to curate a mix in response to these events. Featured in the mix are the words and voices of three Australian women. These women were all born overseas, and each answer prompts related to these events.
The mix is available to listen on Soundcloud. There is also an accompanying text that helps to add some context to the mix. The text also features translations of each of the three women, and a tracklist of the music I performed Live at Hope Street Radio. I highly encourange those interested to digest the mix and the text to enjoy the mix, of which I am very proud of.

There are still some exciting DJ activities happening up until the end of the year. Do click on the music tab to see what gigs are coming up. Not everything being organised is online, there is a very exciting things being planned closer to the end of the year.. this news will hopefully be shared very soon via the newsletter!

Most of the time it involves the first announcements or discounted ticket information to some of my parties or events other times it's just general information about what has been happening.

As mentioned last month, I had a whale of a time attending Moniker in the Otways early in October. Next week, I'll be venturing out to Hopkin's Creek which I am also very excited to be expeiencing for the first time! I'll aim to share some of my thoughts of the festival later in November, I may even pair my thoughts with the next update after Meredith Festival which is in early December.
As alluded to in the opening images, I've made a significant upgrade to my home mixing setup! So I should also soon have some time to record and publish some more mixes for promotional purposes. I'm hoping to engage with some mix series in the near future to share these so... watch this space too!
